Shipping
When will I get my order?
You will be sent a shipping tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship.
Please note that Separated Capsules can take 7-10 business days to prepare before shipping.
We would like to advise our customers that we do our best to ship your order with the carrier you have selected. However, there may be times when your order is shipped with a different carrier due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping volumes, delays, etc. Please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimated. Health Bloom Inc. has no control over carrier delivery dates and times. The shipping prices on our website are directly from the carriers. We have no control over shipping rates.
We require a signature for delivery on ALL orders. If you do not want a signature required for delivery, please let us know in the order notes. If you do not wish to have a signature for delivery, Health Bloom Inc. is not responsible for parcels left unattended.
Can I get same day delivery?
We do not offer same day delivery.
Payment
How do I select items to purchase?
As you browse through the Health Bloom online store, click on the “Add to cart” button beneath the items that you wish to purchase.
How do I know what is in my shopping cart?
When browsing through Health Bloom, simply look to the right-side of the screen to see which items you have in your shopping cart.
How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Click the “remove” check box and click “modify cart” to remove that item from your cart. You may also change the quantity of items to “0” (zero) to remove the item from your shopping cart.
How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?
Click on “view shopping cart” to see an itemized list of the products in your shopping cart. Change the quantity of the item and click “modify cart” to update the contents of your shopping cart.
Returns
Do you accept Returns or issue Refunds?
We do not accept Returns, Exchanges or issue Refunds, due to the Health and Safety Regulations on our products. If you were shipped the wrong item, please contact us at: sales@healthbloom.ca.
